Morean Center for Clay Wedding // Mr. & Mrs. Johnson

Lauren and Cameron first met at church in their 6th grade confirmation class. Isn’t that crazy!? I love how far back these two go. In fact, Lauren brought a picture of the two of them together in 6th grade for us to recreate on their wedding day. You have to see it, the glow-up is real! #goals Fast forward to senior year in high school, these two officially started dating and soon after Lauren went to UCF for school while Cameron went through EMT and fire school where they did long distance for 3 years. Soon after Cameron moved to Orlando where they both call home today with their sweet pup who also makes an appearance in the wedding photos! On May 9th, 2018 on a trip to St. Augustine, Cameron proposed as they walked along the beach at Anastasia State Park and of course Lauren said yes (obviously or else we wouldn’t be here looking at their dreamy wedding photos at the Morean Center for Clay wedding venue)!

Their wedding day is just as special as their love story. Lauren got ready in the home she grew up in which always gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside. The ceremony took place at the infamous church where Cameron and Lauren grew up together  and on November 16th they stood hand in hand 10 years later and became husband and wife. *cue all the feels* After the ceremony, it was off to the Morean Center for Clay wedding venue which is such a cool space filled with history and art dating back to 1917. All the events of the evening were just a reflection of the love these two share and the family and friends they’ve built over the past decade together. Although it was basically freezing by Florida’s standards, Mr. & Mrs. Johnson heated things up real quick and it couldn’t have been a more perfect day.
