St. Pete Engagement Photos // M+J

Molly and Jason got engaged right before quarantine (do we reference pre and post quarantine as BQ and AQ now? ?) on a walk through Vinoy Park with their precious pup Stella, the Labrador Retriever. So it only seemed right that for their engagement photos that we adventured around St. Pete with Stella by their sides (and you guys she is just the sweetest)! These St Pete engagement photos couldn’t have come at a better time. I know it’s not just me who’s riding the Covid Coaster as I like to call it, the highs and lows that come with the times right now can be tricky to navigate. It’s not like SheiKra where you keep climbing up before a sharp and quick decent, it’s like a freakin’ Space Mountain ride. It’s dark, you have no idea what’s coming next, and you’re hanging on to a promise that there will be light at the end of the tunnel. Until then, you’re just getting flashed with little blips of light along the way, barf. And listen I’m not trying to make it sound like it’s all doom and gloom. I’m aware the State of Florida is pretty much re-opened and a lot of people feel like things are shifting back to normal, but in my industry (the wedding industry), we are so far away from returning to normal which is why my perspective may be different than others right now as the industry faces new challenges everyday. So when I say these St Pete engagement photos couldn’t have come at a better time, I wasn’t lying! Molly, Jason, and Stella sure boosted my mood and it was so nice to get back out, socialize, and capture the love these two share which was like a bright light, I should have brought my sunglasses. Vitamin D who? 2021 holds Molly and Jason’s wedding date and I have no doubts it’s going to be overflowing with so much love!
