Happily Ever After at the Barn Wedding // Mr. + Mrs. Morris

Hopping on a plane still very much in the middle of a pandemic to fly to Tennessee to capture Travis and Braden’s Happily Ever After at the Barn wedding is something I’ll count my blessings for in 2020. On the flight over I was reflecting on how I not only took Braden’s high school senior photos but also her graduation photos at USF. *sheds tear* I was suppose to fly to Tennessee in April capture her engagement photos but that is one thing COVID took from me (still bitter). ANYWAY still so thankful for these milestones I’ve gotten to capture for Braden with her wedding being the ultimate cherry on top. Fun fact about Braden and Travis, they met at Dolly Parton’s Stampede where they were both performers. What Dolly Parton has brought together let no man tear apart, amirite?!

Travis and Braden’s Happily Ever After at the Barn wedding started on the most beautiful (chilly if you’re from FL) Fall day. The property spans 6 acres which includes a bridal suite, grooms cabin, the barn, and endless backdrops that made this photographer super happy. I started the day with the girls in the bridal suite where champagne, music, and confetti weren’t the only things that were poppin’. One of my favorite moments of the day was Braden’s “first look” with her Grandma which was so emotional not only because that’s just the nature of “first looks” but also because Braden had lace gloves made out of her Grandma’s wedding dress which I thought was so special and the perfect touch to her final look. As the girls finished up I spent some time with the boys in the cabin as they suited up for the day before everyone was set to walk down the aisle. Vows were shared, rings were exchanged, and two became one. The rest of the evening was filled with dinner, drinks, and dancing before Braden and Travis ran back down the aisle lit by sparklers as they exited as Mr. & Mrs. Morris! Thank you Braden and Travis for trusting me to capture your day, it was nothing short of perfect. #Morrisbetter
