NPB Country Club Wedding // Mr. + Mrs. Gambee
My last wedding of 2020 and it feels very bittersweet. Yes, I’m ready to kiss this year goodbye but I’m also so grateful for the couples I was still able to work with during this crazy time. Clare and Will’s NPB Country Club wedding was the perfect way to end the year on a high note and for that I’m so thankful! Clare and Will are both gym fanatics and that’s putting it lightly. Clare and I went to high school together and she was the all-star athlete excelling in both basketball and softball. So it was no surprise when she was offered a D1 softball scholarship at Baylor University, we love an athletic queen! Will is a personal trainer and the owner of Gambee’s Gym which is a mobile personal training gym that brings all the equipment to you! Now there are no more excuses for not leaving the house in 2021 to go to the gym… hello New Year resolutions! So does it come as any surprise that Clare and Will met at a gym back in 2018 and in 2019, on Christmas Day, Will proposed to Clare after the annual Hosack Christmas morning 5k? That all adds up to me! Which brings us to Saturday, December 19th, 2020, Clare and Will’s NPB Country Club wedding day.
The day started with Clare and her crew getting ready beachside on the most beautiful Florida day. There was even a chill in the air and when Mother Nature gives you the gift of not sweating on your wedding day you don’t ask questions. Clare shared a first look with her dad outside of the hotel in front of his vintage green Chevy Cheyenne truck which was the main mode of transportation for the day. Their ceremony took place at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church with a full mass ending with Clare and Will becoming husband and wife. The Gambee’s jumped in the Chevy Cheyenne and they were off to the reception at the North Palm Beach Country Club. After all the photos the Gambee’s were able to join cocktail hour with their guests before being announced into their NPB Country Club wedding reception which is where the party was just getting started. Dinner, cake, dancing, bouquet and garter toss, and a sparkler exit was how the rest of the evening was spent and for a couple of hours it felt like everything in the world was back to normal again. Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Gambee! I wish you both nothing but success, health, and happiness in your future!
