North Shore Park Proposal // S+A

When Adrian reached out to me to help capture his proposal to his girlfriend, Sarah, I was so excited. As a photographer I love nothing more than documenting important moments in peoples lives. And what could be more monumentous than an engagement!? After some brainstorming about locations Adrian decided on North Shore Park for his proposal. The park, beach, and colorful pier was the perfect backdrop for these Connecticut natives. Adrian planned a whole day for Sarah. First they had couples massages, then they went to brunch, and after they met me at North Shore Park for a fun “couples photo shoot”. Little did Sarah know I was there to capture their engagement.

Once we made our way to the pier, Adrian walked up to Sarah and hugged her from behind while whispering some sweet words into her ear. You can see in the photos the moment she realizes what’s happening and I love it. Adrian got down on one knee and proposed and obviously Sarah said yes! We spent the rest of the session celebrating with champagne and showing off that new ring on Sarah’s finger. I had so much fun working with these two for their North Shore Park proposal. Wishing them both nothing but love and happiness in their future!
