Tampa Maternity Photographer // L+K

From their engagement session, to their wedding, and now their maternity session, capturing the Johnson’s at every stage of their life thus far is one of the greatest joys of being a photographer. Lindsay and Kyle are expecting a baby girl in July and I know they’re going to be the most wonderful parents. There is nothing better than documenting the journey of a couple that you’ve been with since their origin story and it just makes me heart so happy! For this session I got to step into my Tampa maternity photographer shoes and bounce around Picnic Island Park with the Johnsons. Lindsay STUNNED in her dress which happened to be the most perfect color considering the leaves on the mangrove trees were all changing and she matched the hues perfectly! It was like if Florida had a Fall, but on the beach, and in April. ? Lindsay was absolutely glowing in these photos and you know I love a girl who can work the camera. You should see her bridal portraits! ? The title of “bride” to “mom-to-be” certainly suits Lindsay so well and I know she’s going to love being a girl mom to sweet baby Willow. How perfect is that name!? Picnic Island Park was the perfect backdrop for this Tampa maternity photographer and even though the sun ducked behind some clouds so we didn’t get the full sunset, the colors were still so beautiful. It looked like a watercolor painting on the water with all the different colors and just enough to give the photos that warm sunset glow without the intensity of a full sunset. I’ll mark that down as a win in my book! I said it once and I’ll say it again, I’m so happy for the Johnsons and this new adventure they’re about to embark on. Love you guys!
