Longboat Key Club Wedding // Mr. + Mrs. Weiss

Mr. and Mrs. Weiss hosted an unforgettable, two-day, Longboat Key Club wedding extravaganza at the breathtaking Resort at Longboat Key, and it was nothing short of tropical dream from start to finish. The celebration began Friday afternoon with a lively pickleball tournament hosted by the bride and groom. Guests of all ages grabbed paddles and joined in on the fun, cheering each other on and enjoying the sunshine. That evening, everyone gathered on the lawn overlooking the marina for a sunset welcome dinner. String lights glowed overhead, a steel drum band filled the air with island vibes, and the sky lit up with a picture-perfect sunset as guests mingled, toasted, and shared in the excitement for the big day ahead. Saturday morning both the bride and groom got ready in their respective oceanfront suites. Amanda got ready with her bridesmaids and popped champagne while Alan hung with his groomsmen signing wedding handkerchiefs and toasting to the day.  The couple then shared a private first look, soaking in a quiet moment together before the pictures and festivities continued. Next up was the ketubah signing at the clubhouse where Amanda and Alan were surrounded by their closest friends and family. It was an intimate, meaningful ceremony that marked the beginning of their married life. Afterwards, trolleys arrived to transport everyone to the ceremony site—a beautiful setting beneath a sprawling banyan tree facing the lagoon. Vows were exchanged, rings were slipped on, and the glass was broken, it was officially time to get this party started! The night ended with a beachfront reception under a stunning white-top tent decorated with tropical greenery and a 180-degree view of the ocean. As the sun set, the live band kicked off dinner and dancing where the dance floor was bustling until the end of the evening.
